I only ever clean the ventilation parts with a normal vaccuum to facilitate air flow. There are purpose-made ESD-safe vaccuums/blowers though, if you really want to invest in that...
If you can, try to reduce dust exposure in the first place by raising the case above the floor, not placing it in a corner, getting an air filter or the like.
