You know what's incredible about your post is that this is something I'm hearing from nearly everybody running a SaaS, its bizarre like a coin flip reverts to ~0.5, SaaS seems to revert to ~0.2
I'm definitely partially biased by the Pareto Distribution, so that's where that number probably came from in my head, but I do think it's pretty damn close to that 20%. Definitely a strong minority.
