Good thing evs don't have massive take off torque...

If there were regulations about particulates from tyres, EV's would be forced to ensure there was no tyre slippage during acceleration.

Luckily modern accelerometers can very accurately detect even small amounts of tyre slippage and adjust torque to prevent it. Since the coefficient of static friction is typically higher than the coefficient of dynamic friction, doing so would likely improve acceleration times too.
