I might suggest a "pink" spectrum LED grow light mounted to reflect off the ceiling. Point source and you get may better color with the reflected spectrum.
"2000w equivalent" fixtures run under 200w input power and are quite bright.
You really wanna get fancy, go old school and get one of the high intensity dual bulb grow light fixtures, that had a sodium "big" bulb and a metal halide "blue" smaller bulb. ~500w hot but lots of very nice light.
