Would you mind linking to PhpStorm community edition? I don't remember being one. I believe only IntelliJ and PyCharm come with a free version, and the rest (CLion, RubyMine, PhpStorm, WebStorm, GoLand) do not.

What community version? If there's such a thing on the web site it's well hidden.

All IDEs except IntelliJ itself come with a community version: PyCharm, PhpStorm, etc.

They still do? I know they used to but the last time i quickly checked the site I couldn't find it anywhere. Because they didn't want me to find it.
I used to use pycharm but just switched. Still using Android Studio but that's on Google's dime.

Didn't get to the download page. Why would I? I only wanted to check what they're offering this week, not download anything.

This is just wrong. Almost none of the IDEs have community editions, EXCEPT IntelliJ and Pycharm…
It probably changed; a few years ago I remember using at least two or three of them without paying.
It's fun. Everyone remembers a different set of community editions.
It's probably a safe assumption all of them will disappear then.
