I would love to document everything in my wheelhouse if I could. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to do so due to unreasonable workloads and lack of staff/resources. I firmly believe in a work/life balance and have to cram everything into a 40 hour week. I constantly have to put out fires and treat everything like triage. The most important stuff is documented to the “T”.
