For privacy policies, this area could be a little bit trickier if you have an open beta - if any of your users get pissed off that you did something with their data, and your privacy policy isn't up to snuff, you might be in for a world of hurt. Some coworking spaces have lawyers too - and they're usually happy to help and often have structured office hours.
