A book I found helpful for general insight into human interactions, was “Games People Play” by Eric Berne. Some of the stuff in this book isn’t really specific for work interactions, but it is a pretty interesting read. I read it in a day because I enjoyed it so much.
But other books I’ve read recently that are specific to work which may help were:
