What if you have ADHD and your doctor insists that you "focus on emotional symptoms first"? However, the condition makes it very hard to do anything, which can lead to a spiral of shame and depression.

Is it depression not to want to do something you will definitely fail at, due to disability. I don't think this is easy of anyone to answer. What if you're always procrastinating, then coming to the realization that you failed?
