I guess most people forget the Ducommun scandal where dubious parts of unknown quality were shoved into 737 NG's on the assembly line. Numerous layers of the federal government, the parts on the side of the "strategic" interests and the MIC, came along and gaslit workers who knew better. The second link is a shining example of the revolving door. The 737 MAX lawsuit (1:19-CV-02170) was a travesty, a miscarriage, and purposeful deceit to rob individual victims' families of justice. Ralph Nader's niece's death was also swept up into that legal theater.
