Anomic Aphasia, people get that all the time, I've experienced it all my life, and seen it in people of all ages, so I guess you are perhaps looking at frequency of occurrence, whilst ignoring the range of topics being discussed, which for some people will be quite narrow pertaining to only their occupation and limited interests eg tv genres, whilst for others, will be quite wide, mainly due to the ease and amount of time they might spend reading or watching stuff online.
