Comment on Elon Musk’s X to fund legal bills of people “unfairly treated” for postsparent

The shadow-CEO of a social media company threatening to sue the employers of their users seems a pretty big deal and worth talking about for a variety of reasons.

What I'm wondering is: does the guy who told Musk he was talking nonsense about the Twitter codebase and got fired fall under this promise:

“If you were unfairly treated by your employer due to posting or liking something on this platform, we will fund your legal bill,” Musk said in a post on X, adding that there will be no limits to funding the bills.
