Would really appreciate an explanation in the README about how/why this works.
WinAeroTweaker is a good example of a program that does things to your OS the OS probably doesn't want you to do, but has an explaination of how/why it works for every different option so you can feel slightly more comfortable.

I would add an "if" before "how" as well. I have not seen any evidence that this actually makes any difference or any noticeable difference.
