I use Syncthing, it is very useful. Unfortunately when I started using it there were issues when I shared the same folder between 3-4 machines at once, caused syncing issues randomly even if I was just making changes on one machine. Fixed this issue by using my phone, since its always on, as the only point of contact between all of my devices thus acting as a sort of file server. Have not had an issue since, over a year now.

After a long time of the windows Dropbox client failing, silently, I decided to move to Syncthing. 100% solid for me, and no central SPOF server.
Bit more fidgety, which I understand some people don't want or can't deal with, but for me it's been great.
