There's a quote claiming "the lifestyle" is dorky, cause I guess it's a bunch of dorks doing it, but I don't think orgies/swinging/cocaine and ketamine use is tame to the majority of the population.

It is astounding how dorky Bay Area parties can be.

Lots of tech workers with too much money blowing off steam.

DJs and dancers come from out of town because a few hours in the bay pays 10 times more than Vegas.

But it’s not like anyone can dance. Or even anything remotely party related.

So it feels a bit like clowns at a child’s birthday party.
