Well for starter it isn't adobe threatening to sue. It's a warning about third parties.
And have you heard of this happening in the last four years? I haven't at least.

When did I claim that I see everything or that it wasn't new to someone, odd response.
I just saw it as a non-issue as Adobe isn't threatening to sue anyone
