Transflective LCDs have piss poor contrast and generally they're only good in direct sunlight. Who would want to read on that indoors and why? And 4k for 20 inches display? What for? Do you plan to stick your face in the monitor?

It's still less than 300 dpi but getting close enough to be comparable to most printed materials.
