Turns out hard problems take time and money. I don’t know how much has been spent on self driving research in the last decade, but globally it’s likely approaching $1 trillion.
A trillion dollars can solve most problems, including this apparently.

Well, on that note, learning that the far south end of SF is excluded from “all of San Francisco” certainly reduced my own hype.
