This is nice and all but it's nothing special. Hey look, I made a site too, but I did it for $0, and it took me two weeks as well. It's on the same scale as this. Is my site a startup? No, it's just a fun project.
I would go farther and say that it's quite a bit worse than "nothing special". It's a no-value added filter that sits atop SimplyHired.com. Much like those spam sites that harvest google adwords, its sole purpose is to kidnap traffic.
Recycling the same tired content over and over does nothing but pollute search space. And to your point @bluelu you'd think they would at least bother to configure the site to serve from both site.com and www.site.com but I guess that's too much effort for the ultimately lazy.
