This is a great summary of how the customer acts when we deploy a new version of a program in my org. Five meetings ago a requirement was added to put a black bar when x happens. It’s prioritized in the backlog. Released three weeks later. Details of the reason for putting the black bar in the first place was forgotten by the customer. Customer says black bar is a good start but let’s pivot. Rinse and repeat.
