Frequent breaks is probably #1 for me.

With regard to hand and forearm RSI, I have found that experience with a piano helps encourage good form. It's also a fantastic way to take a break from coding.

Heavy weight training is probably also a good idea. The human body is 1 big system. Deadlifts and squats will do wonders for weird pains everywhere.
