No. I'm 32 and I'm at a FAANG company too. I hate how soul-sucking and low-paying jobs have become in the US. Almost none of the non-FAANG companies can pay what I would consider a livable wage (my wife does not make much money and I have a kid). Even more problematically, the vast majority of the companies don't care about your mental health and so I have really no incentive beyond doing the bare minimum.
