More schooling won’t help you stay employable. Work at jobs that use newer, widely used technologies, and don’t let yourself stagnate. Develop a variety of skills and keep on eye on whether your team, company, or you personally are getting into a rut.

B) Help me remain employable in the current rapidly changing world of tech
I brought up HVAC repair because it’s a skill that is at least currently difficult to automate and pays reasonably well if you own your own business.
