Comment on What Your Dog's Behavior Means

Comments

Ah, the good old "we often attribute our dog’s actions to feelings they’re not really having."

There's zero credible research to support that statement. However, it has been repeated to such an extent, that it is now taken as a given.

We don't know what dogs feel.

Let me repeat that: We don't know what dogs feel. No one really has the slightest idea. Nope. Not the slightest clue.

So why does it get repeated so much, you may ask?

Religion. That's why.
