Spark version 2 has been my go-to for years, but they just released v3 which is an electron app that requires a subscription, and that’s a hard pass from me. I’ve found Apple’s Mail client a woefully inadequate replacement, however, so for the time being I’m sticking with Spark v2 via the crApp store.
I haven’t tried the electron version purely due to its subscription nature. Plus, v2 has been great in my experience so i haven’t really needed to. It couldn’t hurt to give it a whirl if the trial and subscription model isn’t a showstopper for you.

thanks for the info! Did you notice big performance issues with the Electron version compared to the native? I'll check the v2 then!
