It's supposed to be opt-in though. My impression though is in the last year and a half Amazon deliveries to me have slowed down, in particular I don't think they are even trying to deliver prime packages in two days anymore. I'd contrast that to other major retailers (Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Adorama, ...) that are frequently delivering packages faster than they promise.
