Comment on Nginx 1.22.0 stable released with OpenSSL 3.0 support

Comments

Nginx has had support for OpenSSL 3 since v1.21.2.

This v1.22 release branch is stable, which incorporates changes from the mainline branch (v1.21). The next mainline branch will be v1.23 and is on the roadmap for the coming months:

Correct. I thought it was worth to mention OpenSSL 3.0 because this is now the “stable” release.

For production I always use the Nginx stable releases.
