WebRTC errors can be caused by being behind a double NAT, using a VPN or proxy, being in privacy browsing mode, or a privacy extension.
Barring all that, non-default browser settings (i.e. disabling WebRTC or TURN).
Do you have WebRTC disabled? Works ok on mine
