I think it is far from over. The fact that the Starlink service is activated, is a huge step. Likely someone has dishes already there. From West Europe to Ukraine is anywhere from half hour to 6 to 10 hour drive. Setup is 10 minutes. All you need is 100watt power. That sounds like useful help to me.

How do you even get a dish if there is active warfare going on? I don't think UPS is making deliveries at this time.
