I created an app called Crestify[0]. You install the browser extension and any pages you bookmark can be accessed from any device, you can save and restore all your open tabs across devices too, and you can even get full text search over your browsing history. Currently it works on Chromium browsers and Firefox, with mobile apps coming soon. Feel free to email me if you need any help.
