The world quickly needs to understand that physical goods being exchanged physically in person are the best shot we have at anonymous transactions.

It will be a multi polar world of different currencies like bullets and ramen, but that is the only way to ensure the middleman doesn't do something you didn't expect or accept.

I dunno, I think it's a bit of a herculean task to regulate the whole cryptocurrency market, especially with anonymous "coins" like Monero and Zcash.

I also have doubts about the strength of the US "physical" currency because of inflation.

It may become a multipolar world, but that's mostly because of the rise of China, India and Brazil as the US declined.

It is not, simply due to convenience. People sympathetic to the cause can bother to click few clicks on their computer to support them, but to go all the way with physical goods? Only a tiny percentage would do that.
