An interesting idea. So it would be like secondmarke meets kickstarter? But unfortunately these "issues" do outweigh in my opinion any value. Like Diolpah posted you have accredited investor issues and you also have a huge issue with how many people can invest in a company and still remain private. I believe facebook is facing hurdles with this right now.
