Really? I've only tried three different ebike sharing services and all of them had apps that said exactly how many bikes were available at the stations.
Yes, and when they all say "0" within reasonable distance it's not helpful. Not to mention that (some of) those apps, somehow, are wrong too. The problem is with time of day and when people want to move. Residential areas tend to lack bikes in the morning, because people take them to ride to work or school or to the city center. In the evening it's the other way around.
