Cats are smart critters, so I think it would be possible to train one to do a set of operations that's actually Turing complete. Cat behaviourists and comp sci folks could work together on this.
There is a guy in Russia who trained cats to do all kinds of circus tricks. Going from personal experience, a cat would be better suited to get a human to the calcalution for the cat then the other way round. If said cat is bored enough to bother trying so.
