Spotify may have deemphasized shuffling in albums, but they now force you to queue completely random algorithmically chosen songs with albums if you use the "Spotify Connect" feature to remotely control another endpoint.
So -- users streaming to say a Chromecast or smart speaker will get Adele's new album completely in the right order if they press the most prominent button, sure, but it won't end, it will add a jumble of tracks you didn't pick to the end of the album. I'm not sure it was worth the trade.
