Comment on Ephemeral Postgres DatabasesparentComments−numlock864yI use the same approach but with other languages and runtimes like Java, .NETcore/C# or NodeJS, as this is basically just a CLI wrapper for pg anyway. Works very well and doesn't come with all the overhead.
