Somewhat OT, but here goes anyway: This perfectly illustrates the downside of the casual way English just stacks a bunch of nouns on top of each other without bothering to tell how they relate to each other. Is this a "(Big Ass) ((Data Broker) (Opt-Out List))" or a "((Big Ass) (Data Broker)) (Opt-Out List)" -- a big list of opt-outs, or a list of opt-outs from big data brokers?
You can criticise French for a lot of things, but at least its "the this de la that du the other de la..." style is a lot less ambiguous: It's either a List of the Big Ass of the Opt-Out of the Data Brokers, or a List of the Opt-Out of the Data Brokers of the Big Ass, but either way, you know for sure which it is.
