That's too much work. Is it good? I'll take your word for it.

Probably not worth reading, but then at least look at the comments that describe what it does. Basically, it is a dummy implementation of often used tracking libs, so that if a website wants to use one, firefox will instead call their own instead. Making websites both faster and more privacy-friendly.
