I can't say I'm surprised.... anyone on Signal (who gave the app access to their contacts) has seen a MASSIVE influx of new uers, and it's not like Signal is running in AWS and can just scale up more EC2 instances. This may be an issue for the next month or more as hundreds -- if not thousands -- of new servers can be added to the back end.
