I've wasted entirely too much time today reading the FBI's charging documents on this case. The details are just so ridiculous. The CEO seems to have gotten offended that the bloggers wrote about how he built replica of a NYC bar in the ebay HQ. I have a friend that worked with him at EBay. He finds none of this a surprise.
