Is there any feature difference between the hosted service on meet.jit.si and a self-hosted installation? I've tried looking for more information about this but I couldn't find anything.
I think the feature set is similar. I went for self-hosted in the hope that I wouldn't suffer from bandwidth/server load problems from using Jitsi's servers.
Quality was acceptable with 4 family members participating from 2 countries, including elderly folks on French rural ADSL.
