If not, be open and patient. Try things out and see what works for you. My sleep is most usually great, which I attribute to the following:
- Consistent wake-up time (for me more important than bedtime)
- Consistent, moderate exercise
- Ways to let your thoughts run their course: journal, vent to friends/family, whatever
