Please don't make me click a link to find out what your homepage is about.

It optimized for users vs shoppers, which I appreciate because user acquisition can contradict the pursuit of user experience optimization and I am more frequently using a solution than shopping for my next solution.

As for JS, this is a web app.

It's just a single click. And you remain on the same page, too. I don't think it's too bad actually; it keeps the page very clean.

I'm not going to enable javascript to find out what your website does when I have no idea what your website does.
