Comment on Sand TheftparentComments−TheGallopedHigh6yI believe the sand theft taking place is done as the sand is good for construction. Namely jagged enough for aggregate (hence why the can’t use smooth sand from the desert). The shape of the sand is primarily caused by the motion of the water.
