You're right. Cinnamon, ginger and licorice are spices, not herbs. Perhaps the category could be renamed 'Spices & Herbs'. Also, grape, goji and grapefruit are neither, they should be placed in the 'Flavors' category, or in a separate 'Fruit' category.
