One of the founders of Keen Guides - http://www.keenguides.com/ - is deaf. I got to hear their pitch as part of LaunchBox09 and it was spectacular: a large impetus for them to create their company was to enable the deaf and hearing impaired to participate in Museum tours, etc.
Catherine is a good friend of my wife (through the deaf community), Keen certainly fixes a problem that my wife comes across all the time when we travel.
