I'm pretty sure Jobs wasn't designing PCB boards or touch screens himself; he had whole team of people doing it for him. Very sure Musk wasn't sitting by CAD desktop and draw engines himself, although involved I am sure he didn't engineer it all himself, he had teams of people doing it for him.
