I think the potential is in converting images (sketches) into ux source files that you can edit immediately and then convert those to HTML, PDF, DOCS, etc.
I can see that the HTML would more likely used for a clickable prototype than the real thing, but it could still be a neat way to save some time.
I'm working on a (text-command) ux tool and have been thinking about such a machine learned import feature, but lack those skills and time at the moment to build it.
