I'm seeing a lot of people throwing around "definitions" and "authorities" of what constitutes free or open source software in here. I disagree with them. You are ethically in the right to want to keep your work from being used in such a way. I don't know of any licence that as this provision in a legally enforceable way, but I hope you find it.
