The Open Code of Conduct does not use a dictionary definition of racism but rather equates racism with systemic racism, to explicitly allow some forms of racism:

We will not act on complaints regarding:

‘Reverse’ -isms, including ‘reverse racism,’ ‘reverse sexism,’ and ‘cisphobia’
